Cancellation Policies
SC Heritage doo (Sheva Walking Tours and Travels) strongly encourages travelers to purchase
comprehensive travel insurance. In the case of unexpected changes, illness, or other life events, travel
insurance can help protect Your travel investment and enable You to recover costs that may not be
refundable under Our cancellation policy.
Cancellations Initiated by Customer
Deposits
A deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is due to secure booking. Deposits are non-refundable; a
30% deposit covers administration costs and secures a spot in Our schedule. The remaining balance is
refundable according to the following schedule.
Cancelling in Advance
If You choose to cancel more than 30 days prior to the scheduled tour or service(s), You are entitled
to a full refund of the remaining balance.
For cancellations made between 10 – 29 days prior to the scheduled tour or service(s), 60% of the
remaining balance will be refunded.
For cancellations made between 9 – 3 days prior to the scheduled tour or service(s), 40% of the
remaining balance will be refunded.
Last-minute Cancellations and No-Shows
If You cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled tour or service(s) or do not show up, the full payment
will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. In cases when some participants of a larger group tour
choose not to attend a tour or activity, no changes will be made to the group price.
Cancellations and Changes Made to Tip-Based (“Free Tour”) Walking Tour Reservations
Tip-Based or “Free Walking Tours” reservations require a booking fee of 1 Euro. This nominal
charge is intended to verify guest bookings and generates the automated booking notification and the
information guests will receive upon making their reservation and following the tour experience. By
requiring this fee, we can prevent fraudulent bookings by verifying reservations; it also ensures our
group numbers remain reasonable, thereby retaining a high quality and engaging tour. This fee is non
refundable and not intended to serve as a tip or payment for the tip-based tour service.

Some activities require a minimum number of participants. If this requirement is not met, We reserve
the right to cancel the activity and issue a full refund to all participants. Alternatively, guests may
agree to an alternative date on which the minimum number of participants has been met or to pay for
a private tour on the day of their originally scheduled service.

Refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving
a cancellation request or upon notification of cancellation by us. Refunds will be returned via the
same payment method you used unless otherwise requested. SC Heritage is not responsible for delays

subject to availability and seasonal pricing differences. In these cases, you may be asked for official
paperwork verifying your claim.
